AdOcean introduces new functionality - retargeting
Added: 25.10.2010AdOcean, a leading adserver services provider on the Central and Eastern European market, has expanded its advertisement impression system with a new functionality - retargeting. This new AdOcean solution is a way to reach a specific group of users who are potentially interested in a product or service shown on the advertiser's website.
Not only does retargeting allow us to define a group interested in a subject presented on a website, it also facilitates selecting such internet users who have been exposed to an advertising message in question. With this option, the advertiser receives a tool to advertise its product or service again to persons who have seen an ad before but did not perform the pre-set action (e.g. did not purchase a certain product).
The retargeting technology equips the advertisers with far more chances to interact with the potential client compared to the more standard forms of online advertising. This functionality may allow you to persuade the indecisive customers to come back to a website and take advantage of the offer presented there. Thanks to retargeting, AdOcean clients get the possibility to increase the effectiveness of sales campaigns they run and optimize the costs of promotional activities.
